So what honestly can I say about this...
This guy scares the living crap out of me, especially when he is casing you through the building or when he is walking around in the underground maze and WILL kill you if he sees you.
Heck even his story is freaky, he is conjured by Jame's mind by Silent Hill in order to punish him... And boy does he succeed.
Anyway about the pic:
I derped the knife, I couldn't get any sort of weathering I wanted on it, same with the helmet. I am somewhat happy with the background... Though it was basic and I could've done better

Vision Originality
Technique ImpactFirst of all, let me say you're technical skill with Paint tool SAI is definitely improving.
Now, onto the critique;
I think the amount of detail on the helmet is really impressive, however it contrasts a lot with the simplicity of the background and just ends up drawing attention to the emptyness. Which may be what you were aiming for, to show the emptyness of the game or some other metaphor.
I also think the Pyramid Head man in the background should've been done in more detail, the impact of him is sorta lost when he has sausage arms.
I do really like the colour composition of this piece, the colours all compliment each other and provide a nice dark overtone.
